Sponsorship Plea

It is that time of year again for the St. Francis Annual Jog-A-Thon

T-Shirt Contest!!

Calling all Parents and Business Owner!!!!!

We are in need of corporate sponsorship for the Jog-A-Thon T-shirts!!!

So start getting your creative juices flowing because on September 17th the contest begins!!

A donation of $300 or more gets your company logo on the back of this year's shirt. Remember, the kids are allowed to wear these shirts every Friday all year long. This is a great advertising opportunity and tax deduction!

Every year, we are proud to provide a T-shirt to each child, for no extra fee, at the Jog-A-Thon. We are only able to do this because of the generous support of businesses in our community.

If your business is able to sponsor the Jog-A-Thon or you know someone who can, please contact us immediately for details. The deadline for sponsorship is Friday, September 25, 2009 at 3pm.

The theme this year is……

Gubbio’s Extreme Makeover

Rules and entry forms for your designs will be located in the downstairs hallway on the morning of September 17, 2009. Look for the sign!

The Prayer of Saint Francis

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace;
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is darkness, light;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is doubt, faith;
And where there is sadness, joy.
O, Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled,
As to console;
To be understood, as to understand;
To be loved, as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive;
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
And it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
